And this ensemble, Tora managed all by herself. Diaper and snow boots complete with a tinkerbell hat. Probably only in Idaho is this outfit weather appropriate.

Ha ha, that outfit is AWESOME! And I love that chair! I've always wanted one, though I have never seen one with separate movable seating, that is pretty cool!
